Our Philosophy

Before EEI considers a new development or home, the four of us must believe in it.  First and foremost is site selection.  Our enthusiasm and skill for searching out the most desirable locations motivates our company.  A thorough understanding is critical.  We invest substantial amounts of our time and energy in the pursuit of that next, ideal location.

 

Beach Front

Our goal is to find and develop a once in a lifetime location.  We use a beach front approach to investment selection, pursuing only high profile desirable locations.  With great locations we can go after the baby boomer market which has a substantial amount of disposable income.

 

Participation

We contribute investment capital into every property that we develop, which gives us a solid understanding of our investors’ perspectives and expectations.  We realize that we are only as good as are last project and it drives us to continue to provide consistently high returns on investment.  EEI understands that it is hard work to complete the project and we are up to the heavy lifting that is required.
