Four friends sharing a common, passionate goal of developing pristine real estate and crafting high-end custom homes, officially founded Eagle Equity Investments, in May of 2003. Prior to founding EEI, Jim and Mike Audiss, Jeff Progar and Matt Gehrke all were consumed with diverse, executive positions within corporate America. Juggling long hours, extensive travel, as well as the day-to-day pressures of managing hundreds of employees and complex business operations, the four friends wanted something more…

A partnership resulted which combined their diverse business expertise with their common goals to develop the most desirable properties and to build spectacular homes. Today, EEI proudly holds a successful track record in attaining these goals demonstrated by large returns on investment for its custom homebuyers. EEI has turned its passion into reality.
