Jeffrey C. Progar

Before founding EEI with good friend Jim Audiss, Jeff held a variety of top management positions in varying business fields. Jeff started his career as an auditor for Price Waterhouse and developed many transferable business skills. Jeff has extensive experience in the application software business, having spent twelve years in international sales and executive management. Jeff has always had an entrepreneurial spirit, as witnessed by his ownership in Abrusci’s Italian Restaurant and his mountain home rental business. Inspired by his father’s custom home construction career, together with his experience in mountain construction and accounting, Jeff is uniquely qualified for the management of EEI’s Rocky Mountain construction projects and the evaluation of new business opportunities.

Born and raised in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, Jeff attended the University of Colorado and graduated from its business school in 1987. Jeff enjoys family, golfing, tennis, running, skiing and snow boarding.
