Matthew T. Gehrke, Esq.

Matt enjoys the risk management and transactional aspects of EEI’s development and construction business. Having degrees and experience in finance and law from the University of Colorado and Denver University, respectively, Matt structures acquisitions and designs organizational plans. His organizational and contracts management is critical to EEI’s operations.

Prior to EEI’s formation, Matt spent seven years in private practice with an emphasis in individual/corporate tax controversy resolution. Subsequent to his tax litigation career, he worked for several years as owner, officer, director and general counsel of a successful, national telecommunications wire/cable distribution company. Following his negotiation and closing of the sale of that company, he has managed a substantial real estate portfolio including domestic and foreign properties.

Lifelong friend of Mike and a Littleton, Colorado native, Matt enjoys his family time, golfing, water and snow skiing, big game and upland bird hunting, and international travel.
